If your oganization is a consumer-owned, not-for-profit utility, power provider or power aggregator, generally an electric cooperative, municipal utility, irrigation district, public utility or Tribal utility authority, you qualify for member status with the Public Renewables Partnership. Member status requires joining the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association - Cooperative Research Network; or the American Public Power Association - DEED Program.
